(Reuters photo)Netflix, a media-streaming service provider, has launched a weekly service in Thailand only for new subscribers after a trial run in India last month. Up until now, Netflix offered only a monthly service at 280, 350 and 420 baht a month for the three service tiers. According to Statista, Netflix had over 158 million streaming subscribers worldwide in the first quarter of 2019. Of the total, 62 million were from the US.
